Description
Woo! It started as just another manip but this is now a new character- Shakeela, meaning "beautiful". 
She is very majestic, graceful, and caring. She always has trouble letting go. She has a sleek, black coat. In the dark, her hooves glow turquoise with magic, but in daylight they are non-glowing. She has markings on her hip, cheekbone and around her eye, not to mention her little braid in her forelock.
Soo... I'm not really sure where the inspiration for it came from, but I sort of just put it together and figured it out as I went along. And I think it turned out nice!
